Veteran Resource Groups (VRGs) are employee-led communities within companies that support veterans, active-duty service members, and military families. These groups help ease the transition to civilian careers, provide mentorship and networking opportunities, and create a sense of belonging for those who have served. Terracon - VetNet
Terracon’s VetNet connects veterans, reservists, and military families across the company. It provides mentorship, helps with transitioning from military to civilian work, and advocates for veteran-friendly policies.
